Banks and other bill pay sites only offer partial bill pay solutions. TreasCore is the only company that truly removes the burden of handling monthly bill payments. Banks and other bill pay sites offer the ability to issue payments online, but you're still required to keep track of when you need to initiate your payments and to track and manage all of the paper bills that come to your house. By receiving your bills online and allowing TreasCore to manage the bill payment process, we provide the only completely hands-free bill pay solution available in today's market place. Getting Set Up Getting started is easy. We made the set up process as seamless as possible: 1. Choose which service fits you best, either Full-Service Bill Pay “With” or “Without Analysis”. Please see the Services page for more information. 2. Complete your online enrollment with TreasCore or call to set up a meeting. 3. We will then schedule a time for you to talk with our setup team. During this meeting/call our client services team will determine the best way to setup your account and go over your preferences. (Basically, we figure out what bills you have, when they are due, and the best way to pay them.) 1. Once you have enrolled online you will be emailed a “New Bill Registration Form” and a "Direct Debit Authorization Form." You will also be emailed a limited power of attorney that will need to be signed, notarized and returned. 2. We will need copies of your bills, or complete billing information (found on the New Bill Registration Form), so that we can begin paying those bills and changing the billing address. 3. We also collect the last 4 digits of your social security number and your date of birth up front. This data makes it easier for TreasCore to manage vendor disputes and the change of address process. You will receive a FedEx envelope to send back the copies of your bills, new bill registration form, and the limited power of attorney. You may also choose to fax or scan and email back these documents. Fax: 1-727-483-7723 Email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Each Personal Treasury Professional or PTP is a highly trained employee that will assist you through the set up process and will handle your account going forward. You will be assigned your own Personal Treasury Professional. Although you will primarily work directly with this person, other team members may contact you to service your account from time to time. TreasCore reserves the right to change your PTP from time to time. Please visit our Personal Treasury Services: Benefits and Personal Treasury Services: Added Value pages for more information. We will do our best to change all billing addresses using the limited power of attorney provided without getting you involved. There are times when companies will not let us do this, in which case our clients have to make a phone call or send a letter. This typically happens with credit cards, mortgage and investment statements. TreasCore will facilitate this process with you if it arises. For any new bills after the initial set-up, you will need to provide the information located in the New Bill Registration Form to TreasCore. TreasCore prefers a copy of the mailed statement from the vendor, this copy should include most of the data needed. TreasCore will provide postage-paid envelopes that you can use to mail bills/statements to TreasCore. These envelopes will come with a New Bill Registration Form, please make sure all the data requested on the form is available for the bills you are sending. If TreasCore receives a new bill without all the requested information, we cannot guarantee a timely payment of that bill. We will do our best to resolve issues on your behalf with vendors using the limited power of attorney provided. Vendor disputes can be requested by you or will be initiated by your PTP when the need arises. In many cases TreasCore is unable to fully resolve the issue; in these cases your PTP will contact you with the final steps you will need to take to resolve the issue. While disputing a specific item or charge, you will need to determine what amount you would like to pay and inform your PTP. All clients’ funds drawn for bill paying purposes will be deposited into your TreasGuard Account. The funds will then be disbursed from this account to pay your bills. Once enrolled, your account will be charged with an initial set-up fee equal to one month service of your selected pricing option. Once set up, the fee is due on a monthly basis and is automatically debited from the account. Please visit our Services page for more information on our monthly pricing. Yes. If funds are not deposited into your account within 3 working days, then said bills will be returned to you for payment and the payment guarantee for those bills will be void.
