At TreasCore, we place the highest importance on respecting and protecting the privacy of our clients.  Keeping your financial information secure is our commitment to you.  We protect Client information through physical, electronic, contractual and procedural measures that comply with or exceed applicable laws and standards.

We understand that you (the "Client") are entrusting us with your personal information.  That is why TreasCore is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of any personal information about our clients.  We are confident in our privacy practices and the strength of our site security and want you to know how we protect your information and use it to provide you the best service possible.

TreasCore stresses its privacy and security standards to protect and provide security for your account information and other data.  We have implemented the necessary physical, technological and financial controls to ensure your personal financial information is safe and secure.  We constantly re-evaluate our privacy and security policies and change them as necessary to adapt to new privacy and security threats.

1. Your Privacy is kept Confidential and is Not For Sale
All personal information provided to TreasCore by you will be kept confidential.  We do not and will not sell or rent your personal information you provide to us with companies outside of TreasCore, Inc. for any reason, at any time.

2. Registration Information
In order to benefit from the full functionality of our Service, you need to provide "Registration Information" as seen on our Online Enrollment page to register as a client.  Registration information includes, your Login ID in the form of an email address, password, name, address, phone number(s), optional identification information such as the last four digits of your social security number and date of birth, and payment information.

TreasCore uses your Registration Information only:

  • to provide our Service to you
  • to deliver to you any administrative notices and communications relevant to your use of the Service;
  • to enforce TreasCores's Terms of Service; and
  • as otherwise set forth in this Privacy and Security Policy

3. Changes to your Registration Information

4. Online Access & Account Information
If you choose to allow TreasCore to access online accounts for account categorization purposes, you will be asked to establish and provide to TreasCore "Access Information" in the form of online user names, passwords, billing information and other required information for Client's credit card and bank account.  With your consent, TreasCore will then connect electronically to your online bank, credit card and other online financial websites or accounts to obtain "Account Information" from those third parties in order to provide the Service to you.

TreasCore will only use this information to download bank account and credit card activity, so that categorization can occur.

5. Personal Information will not be Disclosed
Through the normal course of Service, TreasCore will collect Personal Financial Data including but not limited to personal expenses and bill and account information.  Access to your Registration Information, Account Information, Access Information, and any other Personal Financial Data, is strictly restricted to TreasCore employees, as needed, in order to operate, develop or improve the Service.  These individuals have been subject to prior background checks and are bound by confidentiality obligations.  At time of employment, TreasCore employees agree that they shall not use for themselves or others, or disclose or divulge to others including future employers, any personal, confidential information, or any other proprietary data of the Client in violation of this policy. They may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

We train our employees to protect Client information and only authorize access for employees who have a business need for that information. Employees are held accountable by TreasCore's Code of Conduct and Ethics to properly protect Client information.

6.  Disclosure of your Information if Required by Law
TreasCore reserves the right (and you authorize TreasCore) to share or disclose your Registration Information and Account information when required by law.

7. Discontinuation of Service
We will remove all data at your request.  When you request us to delete your account for the Service, your data will be permanently removed from our primary production servers and further access to your account will not be possible.  We will also promptly disconnect any connection we had established to your Account Information.

At your request, TreasCore will return all documents and property obtained during the normal course of Service, including but not necessarily limited to: bills, expense information, reports, mail, correspondence, vendor lists, computer programs, and all other materials and all copies thereof relating in any way to your finances, or in any way obtained by TreasCore during the course of our service agreement.  If you do not request for us to return these documents they will be shredded immediately.

8. Your Data is Secure
Your security is one of our top priorities and is taken very seriously.  We use a combination of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and authentication procedures, among others, to maintain the security of your online session and to protect TreasGuard accounts and systems from unauthorized access.

TreasGuard, our core operating system, is managed from a dedicated server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.  Utilizing this technology provides a private and secure transmission of files over the internet.  Information exchanged with an address beginning with ‘https' is encrypted using SSL before transmission.  You can verify the use of the SSL when you see the URL for our TreasGuard system starting with the letters ‘https'.  TreasGuard is built with better than most banking security, utilizing 256-bit encryption.  Most other financial organizations utilize only 128-bit encryption.

The TreasGuard system can detect and prevent unauthorized behaviors and is monitored daily for unauthorized activities.  Treasguard is also audited in regular intervals by antivirus software and files are backed up in case of unforeseen events.

Our databases are protected from general employee access both physically and logically.  All Registration Information, Access Information, Account Information and any other Personal Financial Data is stored in an encrypted database, and all backup are encrypted with different keys.  Furthermore, physical access controls are enforced at all times.

9. Additional Protection
TreasCore is bonded and also carries general liability insurance and errors and omission insurance.  These policies have never been utilized as we are committed to 100% accuracy with zero tolerance for errors and omissions.  Utilizing a detailed reconciliation process we will verify your bills are paid accurately and on time.  Proof of coverage is available upon request.

10. Login and Password Authentication
Authentication is the process you go through to access the TreasGuard system.  This process takes place when you log into your account, the two key components of which are your Login ID and Password.

With regards to passwords, we recommend that you change your password periodically.  It is recommended your password is at least 6-8 characters in length and contain at least one number.  You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Login ID and Password. You may not provide these credentials to any third party.  If you believe that they have been stolen or been made known to others, you must contact us immediately at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request a change.  We are not responsible if someone else accesses your account through Registration Information they have obtained from you or through a violation by you of this Privacy and Security Policy or TreasCore Terms of Service.

11. Physical Security
TreasCore maintains policies and procedures that provide for the proper physical security of workspaces and records.

12. Changes or Updates to this Privacy and Security Policy
Any changes to our Privacy & Security Policy will be added to this Policy and the updated Policy date will be listed at the top of the Policy.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it regularly.
