If you are looking for an easy way to have better control of your expenses, you have come to the right place. This service package is for individuals who want full-service bill pay and a complete personal financial management experience including various reporting and budgeting features. If you would like your service to include only the full-service bill pay with basic reporting features, please select the Without Analysis service package.
Full-Service Bill Pay With Analysis includes: Online access to the TreasGuard system, Document Management and Bill Review Capabilities, Managed Bill Payment, Vendor/Payee Dispute Management, Personal Treasury Services, PLUS Managed Categorization and access to Detailed Reporting and Budgeting on a monthly basis via the TreasGuard system.

Reports
Expense/Spending Graph, Current Month and YTD (year to date): A bar graph that shows side by side comparison of total spendings on a monthly and yearly basis comparing the current and previous year.
Income Graph, Current Month and YTD: A bar graph that shows side by side comparison of total earnings on a monthly and yearly basis comparing the current and previous year.
Net Income Graph, Current Month and YTD: A bar graph that shows side by side comparison of net income on a monthly and yearly basis comparing the current and previous year.
Spending Report, Current Month and YTD: A report (not a graph) with the actual dollar amounts that itemizes out the given month and YTD income and expenses.
Expense/Itemized Spending, Current Month: A pie chart that breaks out total categorized expenses for the given month.
Bill Trends: A bar graph that shows a specific bill's balance for each month over a rolling twelve month period.
Credit Card Usage Trends: A bar graph that shows a specific credit card's usage and finance charge for each month over a rolling twelve period.
Custom Reports: For an additional charge, we can provide custom reports and store them for your viewing on the TreasGuard System.
Budgets & ForecastsMonthly Budgeting Tool: Allows you to pick which categories you want to budget each month. The report shows:
- Targeted money for spending
- Actual money spent
- Difference from money set for spending and actually money spent.
Master Budget: A budget that allows you to put your expense categories into Budget Groups. You then select the percentage you wish to spend for each Budget Group and compare your budgeted amount with your actual amount. Savings/Net Income Forecast: A line graph that utilizes the last three months of your actual and budgeted Savings & Net Income from the Master Budget to forecast what you would accumulate in the next twelve months if you continue your trends. There is also a "What If" tool to help plan an increase or decrease to your expenses or income. Debt Repayment Forecast: A line graph that utilizes the last three months of your actual and budgeted Debt Repayment from the Master Budget to forecast the amount of debt you would pay off in the next twelve months if you continue your trends.
